Blackbody Service Plans
Choose the service plan that best fits your operational needs. All plans include return to our laboratory, verification of performance, and optional preventive maintenance or loan devices.
FIRST Service Plan
Your blackbody returns to our lab every 1 or 2 years for a full parameter check-up. A radiometric calibration is included.
Benefit: Reliable yearly follow-up for long-term performance.
ESSENTIAL Service Plan
Includes all FIRST plan services, plus preventive maintenance. Defective or non-compliant parts are replaced to guarantee that your blackbody remains fully functional.
Benefit: Increased peace of mind with guaranteed operational readiness.
PREMIUM Service Plan
During the annual/biennial visit or if your blackbody needs servicing or fails unexpectedly, an equivalent calibrated blackbody is shipped to you within one week.
