Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible, along with any specific requirements. - Tracking Number & Quote
Once your request is processed, our support team will provide you with a tracking number and a preliminary maintenance quote. - Return the Product
After approving the quote, please return the product to the address provided by our team. Make sure to clearly indicate the tracking number on the package.
To ensure fast and secure handling of your equipment, kindly follow the steps below:
Components to send:
- Product head
- Controller
- Associated cables
If the original packaging is available, we strongly recommend reusing it.
If not:
- Use two separate boxes: one for the controller, one for the head
- Carefully protect each component using foam, bubble wrap, or other cushioning materials
- Place the two boxes on a pallet
- Secure and wrap the entire shipment to prevent any damage during transportation

Please make sure the tracking number is clearly visible on the package.
- Product type (e.g., DCN1000, etc.)
- Serial number → located on the back of the controller or head
- Desired calibration bands → MWIR and/or LWIR
- Required calibration points → as specified in the product’s technical brochure
- Products older than 15 years are no longer repairable due to obsolete components
- Calibration may still be performed, provided the device is functioning properly
