To strengthen our teams in high-potential markets, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (M/F).
Reporting to the Manager of the Industrial Thermography product line, you will develop sales on the South East Asia & Oceania geographical perimeter.
You intervene on the entire sales cycle with various customers. You are in charge to sell a complete range of non-contact temperature sensors through Thermography to heavy Industry applications.
Specifically:
- You process the incoming leads generated by our marketing actions.
- You identify new leads and prospect for new accounts;
- You ensure the sales operations and the product promotion by setting up product demonstrations during customer meetings, trade shows;
- After analyzing the customer’s specific request, you build the technical-sales proposals;
- You negotiate sales contracts in accordance with the Group’s sales strategy;
- You manage the progress of your projects and carry out the necessary reporting;
- You identify, develop and manage a sales network of agents and distributors and thus enhance our leadership position. You train them on the products and accompany them to meetings.
- As a reference interlocutor, you will maintain a privileged relationship with your customers.
- You are in interface with the production and support teams.
Upon your arrival, you will follow a training period on infrared technologies, our products, processes and sale arguments.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar Instrumentation Sales position in a heavy – industry oriented environment. The knowledge of the industrial network in SEA of one of the following industries: cement, waste incineration, power plant, steel, is a plus.
“Results-oriented”, your tenacity and interpersonal skills are essential assets for this position.
You must have a good command of English in order to communicate with your partners both in writing and orally. Fluency in another language is a plus.

- Expected mobility (between 25% & 50% of the time).
